CAREER
Career Development is a core part of the Davidson Fellows Program. Our Career Development team assists each Fellow to find a part-time position that corresponds to their vocational interest. Our hopes for Career Development are threefold:
Experience
There’s no substitute for experience. Every Fellow will gain valuable skills and relevant industry knowledge, bolster their resume, and develop connections that will serve their careers well beyond their Fellows year.
Discernment
Through discussions, assessments, workshops, and one-on-one consulting, Fellows will understand more about their natural gifts and motivations, the scope of their vocational field, and the roles best-suited for their interests and talents.
Vision
Through teaching, discussion, and lived experience, Fellows will explore the role of work in the Christian life and how their faith informs how they go about their work.
