Reflection on Work Placement

Throughout my time as a Davidson Fellow, I work at The Performance Group helping with their marketing and branding. I am so thankful for the job placement team, specifically Will Moyer, who took time and care to place me at a job that was the right fit for me. At the Performance Group, I am able to use my design skills while also growing in other ways such as problem-solving, initiative, and management. I get to work not only in The Performance Group, but under a larger platform of businesses which include but are not limited to: Kingdom Builders, Performance Capital Group, The Institute, and AAA. 

Another incredible part of this job is that I am surrounded around Christian co-workers who are always pushing each other to be the best people we can be. We constantly refer to ourselves as “Kingdom Builders” in all that we do. I love this job and all that comes with it, and I look forward to a future here these next six months!
